This is a really nice piece of nephrite jade the peace weighs in at 3.6 lb it measures at 2 in thick right side left side bottom is 1 and 3/8 at the bottom and 3/4 of an inch at the top it is tapered as you can see from the video the height is from left to right 5 in left 3 and 1/2 in right 5 and 1/4 in width the color is dark green with a slight touch of white veins going through it according to GIA Jade grading scale from 1 to 10 the piece would be considered a five which in the market retails right around $500 USD per lb is a quality piece and polished up has a luster like no other this is Washington nephrite Jade from the Cascade mountains some of the most beautiful and hardest Jade in the world each piece is like no other everyone is individually unique in its own way Jade is a mysterious gem known for its healing powers as well as spiritual healing not to mention one of the most expensive gemstones in the world
