Man's Engraved Diamond Gold Ring
This ring is a vintage piece from the early 1900's and is 18k yellow gold, with a white gold bezel and prongs holding the center stone. The center stone's color is "M," with S12 clarity. There are absolutely no carbon spots. The ring is also adorned with a floral engraving on each side. The ring was appraised by Lane Mitchel Jewelers in Colorado Springs and professionally cleaned by Victoriana in Denver. It would retail (per Victoriana) for over $10,000. Please note: The price listed is the lowest I will accept and reflects the artistry and antiquity of the setting as well as the quality of the diamond. This is still a substantial savings over retail. I am not interested in offers for just the diamond. This is a very handsome, one-of-a-kind ring with a hand-cut diamond in a hand-crafted setting at a wonderful price.
This ring belonged to a prosperous businessman who lived with his large family in Floral Park, Long Island and was active in the community until he passed on in his 80's in 1955. It is engraved with his first initial and last name, "C. Dick."
