Browse
Browse through the IDNID Marketplace to select an item.
Once you find something of interest, simply click, “Add to Cart” to either continue shopping, or proceed to checkout. By proceeding to checkout, you will be directly connected to our secure payment page.
Purchase
Once you purchase an item, the seller has 7 business days to ship or deliver the item to IDNID.
Your payment will be held in escrow by IDNID until the item is received and authenticated by our team of expert gemologists.
Authenticate
You will receive a notification e-mail when the item you've purchased has been received by IDNID.
You will receive a second e-mail when the item has been authenticated.
During the authentication process, if IDNID finds the item to be inconsistent with its description, you will be notified immediately and automatically issued a refund.

There is no charge for creating an account on IDNID. Buyers pay 2.5% commission on the agreed upon purchase price.
Typically buyers save between 40% to 70% off retail prices.
I Do Now I Don't ships to buyers by UPS Standard Two-Day Service. That means there are no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday or to P.O. Boxes.
Not fully satisfied?
We guarantee the authencity of all merchandise bought and sold on our site. If you are not satsified with your purchase, IDNID will buy back the item based on the following criteria:
You return the item to I Do Now I Don't within seven days of receipt.
Our team of gemologists confirms that the item is the same piece that was originally sent and in identical condition.
Once the above criteria is met, IDNID will issue a one time site credit, valid for 30 days. This will be calculated as the purchase price minus a restocking fee. For example a purchase of $1000 will give you a $850 credit.

Create Account
Registering to list an item on our Marketplace is FREE. All you need to do is create an account. Only if your item is sold will you be charged a commission.
If you are not sure what price to list your piece for or want a Direct Offer on your item(s) you can request both. Simply email
us with a brief description of your item and photos if available. One of our buyers will get respond to you with a Direct Offer for your item(s) as well as a suggested listing price for your item(s).
List Your Item
Sellers will be given two estimates one for Direct Offer, and another that is a suggested listing price for our online Marketplace, I Do Now I Don't. Once items have been listed, sellers can choose between the Direct Offer, Listing or combination of both.
If you choose to list, each new listing will automatically expire after 30 days. If your piece has not sold during the 30 day period, you can renew your listing FREE of charge.
Check Your E-Mail for Offers
Remember to regularly check your e-mail for offers or questions from prospective buyers.
As soon as your item(s) has sold on our Marketplace you will receive an email confirmation.

Payments for all direct purchases or marketplace sales will be issued on the 15th of every month for any items that have sold from the first day to the last day of the month prior. For example, all payments issued on February 15th would cover any items sold during January 1st - January 31st. All payments will be sent by check via USPS.

There is no charge for listing your item on the IDNID Marketplace. Sellers pay a commission on the sale price only if the item is sold. If the item does not sell during the 30 day Marketplace cycle, you can re-list your item free of charge.
Typically sellers receive between 50-75% of the retail price for their item. Far better than retailers, Diamond or Jewelry Buyers, Auction Houses, or Pawn Shops can pay.
We ship to buyers fully insured by UPS Two-Day Service. This also means no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday and delivery to P.O. Boxes.
