It started when my then boyfriend gave me false hope after giving me a 'promise' ring saying "I could get used to seeing a ring on that finger". My heart raced thinking I had found my happily ever after. So my search for the perfect ring began. I found myself daydreaming over the Disney collection at Zales. More specifically the biggest one of the collection. Of course I had to try it on, I mean what girl wouldnt? Being convinced it was MY ring, the salesman paired it with the perfect enhancer. So I snapped a few pictures and hit the send button. A month later we were engaged! 3 months later we were married. Everything was perfect until his narcissistic personality surfaced. Like many people in my situation I looked passed everything I had swept under the rug for so many years because of 'love'. Thats when the "im sorry im an a**" band came in. Gross, I know. Even then, I still faught for my marriage. I finally came to my sences and we came to a mutal agreement that it was no longer working. So now im thousands of miles from home and this ring set is my ticket back. According to him it is 'just jewellery'. So no bad vibes here! A ring only holds meaning if you give it meaning. I hope this can be a happy ending for someone else. It truly is a timeless set.
