A decade ago was a much different time in my life, I was in love with my college sweetheart, we had been dating since we were both freshmen, and we were excited we would be graduating fairly soon. Our lives together seemed to hold much potential, so I designed and purchased  an engagement ring from the Gemvara website. I went to the park where we had our first date, and as went to one knee she knew immediately what my intention was, before I could even get the ring from my pocket she said enthusiastically "yes!". Flash forward almost two years, we were planning the wedding in conjunction with her mom. Suddenly one day, seemingly out the blue, she hands me the ring and says simply "sorry, I don't love you anymore." My heart was ripped from my chest that day in 2016. But the years go by, and the memories fade, in the aftermath, new love blossoms, and I have reached the point in my life I have found a new love to propose to. But first, symbolically I wish to pass the old ring, for a price, of course!
