One of a kind 1ct diamond fantasy ring (wedding or engagement)

One of a kind 1ct diamond fantasy ring (wedding or engagement)

$3,500.00

A flowing design with architectural elements! The bright 1ct diamond is bezel set into the design that some describe as feathers or as fire or wings that hold the diamond up. The diamond has amazing lack of color with no carbon inclusions. The ring is a custom piece done in paladium with hand wrought detailing.  A true one of a kind, single mold, piece.  The diamond itself is appraised at $3100, so at this price, you get the craftsmanship (by artist Jim Dailing - which he has valued roughly at a minimum of $1500) for a steal!

My heartbreak has got to have a positive impact somehow. My story is not a happy one. My partner and I were in a relationship for 10 years. We had our ups and downs, our trials and tribulations, but we were happy most of the time. Just over a year ago, we finally decided we needed to make a conscious choice about our future. We joyfully decided to throw a commitment ceremony and I threw my all into it. I designed the invitations and all of the decorative elements. I found an amazing dress designer. We chose a wonderful venue, caterer, photographer... I felt a renewed dedication to my relationship and the event we were throwing to acknowledge our love. October came and the ceremony went off without a hitch. Our friends and family joined us in a "web-weaving" activity and we read our vows of love and devotion. There was not a dry eye in the house. A few weeks later, we took a vacation to Hawaii and spent nearly two weeks together. It was then that I realized something was changing - and my partner, instead of spending days staring into my eyes, was staring at her cell phone and texting. A few days after our return home she told me she thought her new business partner was her soulmate, and frankly, she left that next morning and I've never seen her again. This was just over two months ago, and while the hole she left in my heart, and the mess she made of my faith in love are huge and require professional (read - psychologist) level repairs, the hole and mess she left of my financial situation (I paid for both the ceremony and the honeymoon nearly on my own) is just as large. Being able to find this ring (which I co-designed with our jewelery designer) a real home, and have some money to buy myself a new bed (our bed was hers and she took it in the move - so I'm presently sleeping on an old rickety twin in my guest room) would at least alleviate the physical discomfort that is an unexpected side effect of the stunningly sudden and final end of my relationship.
