Center diamond is of great quality and provides a lot of sparkle to perfectly contrasts the red rubies, enhancing the color of the stones. Diamond has GIA laser inscription on the girdle, so you can have peace of mind that you can always verify your stone.
Per jeweler, the rubies weigh 1.37 ctw, display "10 out of 10 for color" (saturation of 60-90% and no pink or purple undertones),SI clarity, and semi-transparent. The rubies are gorgeous! They flash with red fire when the light hits them.
The setting is halo diamonds, set in eternity style; so you have diamonds going all around your finger. Before adding the rubies, the single halo setting with the round diamond was appraised in 2019 at $11,350!. Rubies were added later on, and additional customization was made to fit them with the side halos.

I originally got the center diamond as a solitaire when my husband proposed but I changed it to a halo and added the rubies later on because red is my favorite color. I always wanted a ring with rubies but at the jewelry stores I could only find rubies that were too small or opaque, and the concetration of color was more of a medium red or pinkish red. Also, the rubies always seemed to be paired with yellowish diamonds with bad clarity, and set in yellow gold.
It took me many years, a lot of research, and the help of a reputable jeweler to be able to bring this impressive and elegant ring to life.The ring is a showstopper!
