I'm selling an engagement ring that I never gave to a girl I was thinking about marrying. There's no bad juju around the ring... I just bought it and put it in a closet, and now you get the savings. For the stone...the stone's appraised value alone is $23,000. The carat weight is 2.00 and it is EGL certified. The clarity grade is SI2. The Color is E (colorless!) and the grade is Ideal (the best), so it is a really good stone. This is like an ideal stone so it is never blurry and is super sparkly at all times. 

The setting is a Scott Kay Semi-Mount. It's platinum and has .75 cttw in diamonds on the sides. It was originally purchased at James & Sons in Lincoln Park. I don't know the total carat weight on the band, but the diamonds match pretty well, and go all the way around (the band was appraised at over $5000).
