1940's 1.89 CT Platinum Engagement Ring
GIA certified (image attached) and GAL appraised (image attached) 1.89 CT Lady's Round Brilliant Cut Diamond Engagement Ring. Pure platinum band with 6 accent diamonds, 3 on each side of the main stone. This is a 1940's engagement ring, made in a classic European yet modern style. The cut captures the light in a most amazing way! This gorgeous diamond is set in a platinum band held by 4 platinum prongs to allow full brilliance to shine through. 6 accent diamonds add additional reflection and beauty. Certified Round Brilliant diamond: 1.89 carats, 8.26 - 8.35 x 4.57mm, Color: I, Clarity VS1, Cut: Good. GAL has verified the cut far exceeds "good" but GIA grades strictly based on "modern" diamond cut standards (vs. classic European). Ring has been fully cleaned, polished, and all settings have been completely inspected and secure. GAL certificate name/address has been left blank for you to add your own information. Current size is 6.5. Appraisal in 2016 was $28,500. Platinum prices have recently soared, so this appraisal is on the low side. Asking $13,250 - will entertain serious offers.
