Rating an amazing F-H on the GIA color scale, this brilliant diamond shimmers in the sunlight and demands attention. Approaching antique status with a cutting style circa 1920s - 1940s, the setting is traditional and classic. Two bar set baguette diamonds on the engagement ring draw your eyes to its beautiful round brilliant center diamond.
Properly set in platinum to enhance the diamond’s fire, the one prong set early modern brilliant cut diamond weights 1.05 carats with a strong blue fluorescence, colorless to near colorless (F - H). Clarity is SI-2 with a good cut.
The two bar set baguettes cut (tapered) diamonds have an approximate cut weight of 0.21 carats, matching the brilliant diamond’s colorless rating of F-H on the GIA color scale, clarity of VVS-1 to VVS-2, cut is very good.
