ring is a size six. has four .02ct tapered baguette and two .08ct marquise diamonds and one .27ct marquise diamond which has white (H-J range) color, very slightly included (VS2) clarity. Total gem weight is approx .51ct. it was appraised in 2001 for $1,929.63

THIS ITEM's STORY

i thought i met the one until i went off and joined the Marine Corps. while i was away for training, she sought the comfort of another man. i would visit her once a month, she would travel to florida or i to pennsylvania, and i was none the wiser. when i finished my school, i was going to surprise her with this ring. i was on my way home, got tired of from the long trip, and decided to sleep. little did i know, she was in bed with "jody". if i had not gotten tired, i would have caught them. i got home, spent two days with her and was still oblivious to what was going on. it was not until my 23rd birthday that she gave me that surprise every man dreads. not only that, but she had gone back to her "loose" life that she had prior to meeting me. i was heart broken, and really wished i could have returned that gift! now, 7 years later, i am finally selling the ring. it is not that i was holding on for that possibility, i just kept it as a reminder to always be aware.
