- After you win the auction or purchase the item, you send the purchase price through our secure PayPal page. Your payment is held in escrow by I Do Now I Don’t until a gemologist authenticates the diamond for you.
- Once I Do Now I Don’t receives the ring from the seller, our gemologist reviews and authenticates the item against the seller’s listing.
- Once authenticated, IDNID will send you the item and release your funds held in escrow to the seller. If IDNID finds that the item does not meet the seller’s description, the payment is not released. Typically buyer and sellers communicate via email about a reduction in price or a cancellation of the sale.

Selling is Easy and Profitable on I Do Now I Don’t

- Keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting the Members Area and selecting the selling page.
- Once the auction ends, the highest bidder buys the item. The buyer sends the money to I Do Now I Don’t. The seller (that’s you) sends the ring to I Do Now I Don’t for authentication by our GIA-trained gemologist.

Once a sale is finalized, IDID charges sellers a fee of 5% of the sale price plus the PayPal credit card fee. Buyers pay for shipping. Typically sellers receive 40-60% of the retail price for their item. Far better than a consignment, pawnshop or retailer will pay.

We want you to be completely happy with your diamond purchase. If you buy a diamond ring on I Do Now I Don't and decide it's not for you, we'll buy it back based on the following:
- You return the diamond ring to I Do Now I Don't within ten days of receipt by you.
- Our gemologist confirms that the diamond and setting are identical to the ring we sent you.
- We provide you with a one-time credit that can be used to make another purchase exclusively on I Do Now I Don't within 30 days. The credit will be calculated as the wholesale price for the diamond per the industry-standard Rappaport Diamond Report minus 45%. For example, a diamond valued at $5,000 by Rappaport would entitle you to a $2,750 credit on I Do Now I Don’t.
