This is a beautiful antique Edwardian diamond ring, circa 1910 to 1912 made by the Canadian jeweler Ellis Bros (name stamped in ring). A beautiful, brilliant european cut diamond .88 carat with .026 carat diamonds on either side. The band is hand engraved, platinum. There have been two appraisals done on the ring in the past year with slight variations - I have included both in the photos, but have erased any identifying information.

.90ct Ideal Cut Diamond engagement ring and wedding band
14K white gold ring with crossover style in the shoulders set with melee diamonds in shared prongs. The ring is 3/16" at the widest point and tapers to 1/16". There are 28 diamonds with a total weight of 1/4ct., J color and I1 clarity. Set in the mounting is a .90ct round cut diamond, I color and VS1 clarity. Six prong setting keeps diamond secure, unlike four prong settings. Wedding band is 1/5ct. total weight.
